Our mission is to walk alongside and support pastors and church leaders who desire to cultivate personal and corporate spiritual life within the church, so that the church may faithfully fulfill the Great Commission and become a vessel of blessing and renewal to the world. To this end, we:
Our vision is to see churches grow into spiritually mature communities, actively participating in God's mission, and becoming a force for blessing and renewal in the world.
We believe the Bible is divinely inspired, the only inerrant, fully authoritative Word of God.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, and miraculous works.
We believe He atoned for the sins of the world through His shed blood, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will personally return.
We believe that for the lost and sinful, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary for salvation.
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells believers today, enabling Christians to live godly lives.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost — the saved to eternal life, the lost to judgment.
We believe all believers in Jesus Christ are spiritually united as one.
A follower of Christ for 32 years and a pastor for 20 years, Rev. Yu benefited early in his faith journey from spiritual disciplines, and has continued learning and applying spiritual formation ever since — bearing witness in pastoral ministry to the rich work of God's grace and the life renewal it brings.
Serving as a pastor's wife since 2007, Mrs. Zhao has received training and gained hands-on experience in peer care, spiritual formation, and life coaching. She delights in learning alongside others, walking together in growth, and bearing witness to the Lord's grace.
Rev. Chen came to faith and was baptized into church in 1996. He graduated from Toronto Baptist Seminary in 2012, and has since served as a pastor at Toronto Holy Word Church, Executive Director of the Canadian Campus Evangelical Fellowship, and a campus missionary. In early 2023, he joined Life in Messiah Canada as a Jewish-outreach missionary, devoting himself to sharing God's heart for the Jewish people with others.
Elder Wei began her journey of faith at the age of thirty. She found herself becoming a battlefield of spiritual warfare — pulled between the forces of the flesh and the Spirit — yet held fast by God's unfailing, unwavering love. Through spiritual disciplines and the pastoral guidance of church leaders, she was ultimately freed from the wounds of her family of origin, finding reconciliation with herself, with her parents, and with her husband. Alongside her full-time career, she has served with a grateful heart for many years — in the church's Children's Sunday School, small groups, missions ministry, fellowship care ministry, worship ministry, and the Council of Elders. Serving on Antioch SCC's Finance Committee is a new endeavor for her, and she asks God for grace and strength.
Rev. Ren came from mainland China to North America for graduate studies in 1992, and came to faith in Christ that same year. In 2005, responding to God's call, he left his career to enter seminary for full-time theological training. Since graduating, he has served as pastor of the Mandarin congregation at North York Grace Gospel Church since 2008, committed to the spiritual formation and missional shaping of the church community.
Rev. Ren holds a Master of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary and a Master of Spiritual Theology from the University of Toronto. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
