We believe the Bible is divinely inspired, the only inerrant, fully authoritative Word of God.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, and miraculous works.
We believe He atoned for the sins of the world through His shed blood, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will personally return.
We believe that for the lost and sinful, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary for salvation.
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells believers today, enabling Christians to live godly lives.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost — the saved to eternal life, the lost to judgment.
We believe all believers in Jesus Christ are spiritually united as one.
A Christian for 32 years and a pastor for 20, he has benefited from spiritual disciplines since early in his faith journey. He continues to learn and apply spiritual formation in his ministry, witnessing the abundant renewal that flows from God's grace at work in people's lives.
Since becoming a pastor's wife in 2007, she has walked through training and practice in peer care, spiritual formation, and life coaching. She has a deep desire to learn alongside others, to journey together in growth, and to bear witness to the Lord's grace.
He came to faith, repented, and was baptized into the church in 1996. He graduated from Toronto Baptist Seminary in 2012. He has served as an evangelist at Sheng Dao Church Toronto, Executive Director of Power to Change (Campus for Christ) Canada, and as a campus missionary. In early 2023, he joined Messiah's Life Mission as a Jewish ministry worker, devoted to sharing God's heart for the Jewish people.
She came to faith at thirty and began her journey of belief, finding herself a battleground of spiritual warfare — pulled between the things of God and the things of the world. Yet through it all, she was held by God's unfailing love. Through spiritual disciplines and pastoral guidance, she was freed from the wounds of her family of origin, finding reconciliation with herself, her parents, and her husband. While working full time, she has served faithfully in children's Sunday school, small groups, missions, fellowship care, worship, and the board of elders. Her new role serving in ASCC's finance ministry is a fresh step of faith — she trusts God for grace and strength.
