安提阿灵命培育中心深信，属灵生命的成长与宣教使命密不可分。我们透过装备牧者与教会领袖，推动教会成为参与神使命的群体，在所处的地方与世界各地成为祝福。

我们相信宣教从教会的属灵健康开始。唯有内在生命饱满的群体，才能持续地向外浇灌。我们首先陪伴牧者与领袖，帮助他们在灵命上扎根，再透过他们影响所在的教会与社区。

一对一的属灵导引，支持服事者在使命中持守内在生命，避免灵性枯竭。
