属灵导引帮助被导引者留意神在日常生活中的恩典，辨识神的带领，回应神的呼召，并进入与神亲密的关系。

如何找到合适的属灵导师？
先从祷告开始。那位在你心中激发这个渴望的神，也正在工作，要回应这个渴望。
在祷告中浏览可能的属灵导师的背景，可以通过电子邮件或电话与他/她有进一步的沟通。
约定时间见面（虽然面对面的属灵陪伴通常更理想，但有些导师也提供电话或线上会谈），一同分辨这是否是主所预备的属灵陪伴关系。
